In 1957, in San Gimignano Giosuè Settefonti founded, together with two partners, a small company producing typical Sienese sweets, dedicated above all to special occasions.It was called the SWEET INDUSTRY.
The name BRISTOT arrived a few years later, in 1963, when a wealthy nephew of Giosuè, whose surname was BRISTOT, entered the company.
Since 1957 we have been producing typical Tuscan pastries in San Gimignano, Ricciarelli di Siena, Cantuccini, Cavallucci, biscuits filled with cream, chocolate and jams, we only use quality raw materials, following ancient recipes.
