Their biggest dream is called Brontedolci: a traditional sweets laboratory, which became a reality in 1997. Fathers, friends, children.
The Brontedolci family was born from the bond between Antonino Caruso and the brothers Pietro and Giuseppe Bellitto, who have always been friends. They are the ones who created Brontedolci, a pastry shop that, over time, has become a second home.
Today, Brontedolci also welcomes the children of the three founders into one large family.
A small piece that adds to a thousand-year history: that of the Sicilian confectionery tradition.
