Bronte Dolci's stuffed pistachio panettone is obtained from a rigorously artisanal recipe. The dough, leavened for about 48 hours, is particularly soft and well honeycombed, fragrant and very soft, made with selected natural ingredients. The filling of our stuffed pistachio panettone is very delicious, thanks to a double pistachio filling inside: cubes of pure pistachio and sugar paste and pistachio cream. Both fillings are made with excellent quality pistachios, toasted and very fragrant, as well as having an inimitable taste.
