Soft and slightly tangy with hazelnut intonations Intensity: 2/5 A homemade blend that perfectly blends the sweet hazelnut notes of Brazilian Santos coffee, which can also be found in our pure origin range, and the sweet notes of berries reinforced by the malic acidity of Guatemala. The result is a coffee with a medium body and a nice length in the mouth that will appeal to the greatest number. Thanks to the volcanic soils of the Suchitepequez plateau located in the west of the country on the Mexican border, Guatemala is a fertile land conducive to the cultivation of excellent varieties of Arabicas. The coffee selected in this mix is a coffee classified SHB (“Strictly Hard Bean” – very hard beans in French) corresponding to the highest possible cultivation altitude (> 1450m). It acts as an aroma developer thanks to the significant temperature variations between day and night, the higher the altitude, the better the density and quality of the coffee.
