Burrata di Bufala

Our Burrata di Bufala is made by hand in the same manufactory that our Mozzarella di Bufala comes from. It is characterized by a creamy, soft core that already melts on the plate. What is special about our Burata di Bufala is the combination of the intensive taste of mozzarella from Campania and the juicy, soft core of a burrata from Apulia. We are proud that we can now offer this delicacy to top gastronomy and gourmets at home.
