This innovative cuvée of sparkling Extra-Brut Hydromel comes from the pure fermentation of Litchi flower honey from the Compagnie du Miel. 

Based in Madagascar, it harvests eco-responsible honey which promotes the work of beekeepers who then protect primary forests. Bulles de Ruche is the brand that brings Mead up to date. 

Each vintage is produced in a 100% natural way (honey, water, yeast and CO2) to obtain a sparkling, fresh product and above all containing less sugar and less alcohol (4.5% alc.
