This innovative cuvée of sparkling Extra-Brut Hydromel comes from the pure fermentation of “all-flower” honey collected by Nicolas Wiart at the start of the beekeeping season in the bay of Mont Saint Michel. Bulles de Ruche is the brand that brings Mead up to date. 

Each vintage is produced in a 100% natural way (honey, water, yeast and CO2) to obtain a sparkling, fresh product and above all containing less sugar and less alcohol (4.5% alc.
