Our organic Gin belongs to the “Old Tom” category (category of Gins sweetened through post-distillation maceration).    It is distilled with 11 botanicals then aged (maceration) in vats with chestnut honey for several weeks at the Distillerie Isle de France in 77. He won silver medals from the World Gin Awards 2023 and the London Spirits Competition 2023. 100% organic ingredients: Juniper berries, Isère chestnut honey, Corsican grapefruit zest, Pyrenean fir cone, Coriander seed, Cassia cinnamon, Beeswax, Green cardamom, Timur, Rose petals, Chamomile Sugar content: 12g/L The bottle contains color variations and imperfections linked to small-scale production of 100% PCR glass (post-consumer recycled glass) Consumption suggestions: Pure, Gin Tonic or Tom Collins (4cl Gin/ 3cl squeezed lemon/1 cl sugar syrup/sparkling water)
