We are a family of winemakers based in Dému in the Gers since the 1920s. The arrival of the new generation on the farm brings its share of changes. First with the creation of an organic and peasant brewery (2017) where we grow some of our barley and hops ourselves. Then, with the creation of a cellar (2021) following our exit from the cooperative cellar where we now vinify our 35 ha of vines. Finally, we apply the same philosophy to beer as for wine: respect for the terroir, craftsmanship and pleasure, of course!
