One of the undeniable assets of Italy is represented by extra virgin olive oil, the green gold that over the months becomes more and more yellow. A treasure and a joy that we celebrated by dedicating one of our most representative playwrights to him: the wild olive tree. Wild because the kindness and refinement of the olive tree (as we say we do in Tuscany), we wanted to combine the spontaneity and the abruptness of our hills and our places.
