Organic Lavender Honey PGI - Provence - 400gr

This honey is produced during the summer in Provence, when the lavender is in bloom. Translucent when harvested, its color ranges from golden yellow to light amber. After a rather fine crystallization, a natural phenomenon occurring after a few months, it becomes opaque to become pearly white. It will pair perfectly with your favorite toast, yogurts or other hot drinks.
