A premium sugar with a delicious maple flavor that is a great substitute for white, brown or cane sugar. Powdered organic maple sugar is obtained by gentle and complete evaporation of the sap. This complete sugar then retains the specific aromas of a very good maple syrup without caramelized taste. From organic farming, produced by Ferme Vifranc (St Pamphile Quebec) and imported by Le Bio-Monde. Maple sugar is used to make desserts as well as on strawberries, pancakes, and in fromage blanc. Store once opened, away from humidity.
