Located in Apaneca, the Himalaya Plantation is known for being the first specialty coffee farm in El Salvador. Planted on clay and volcanic soil, this 24-hectare farm has belonged to the Salaverria family since 1880. This lot was intended for the "Cup of Excellence" competition which rewards the best coffees in the world and it is therefore a great honor for Mauricio to done by entrusting us with its best lot.
