Café Don Manuel is a story of love and coffee, we met in Colombia and after 22 two years of living in the Paris region and two beautiful children, we decided to invest our savings in a small retirement home in Colombia. But life decided otherwise, our journey on this land of coffee came to cross the history of Madame's ancestors, Founders and Coffee Growers in this beautiful region of Santa Rosa de Cabal in the Eje Cafetero where we found our coffee farm.
Concerned about our planet, we favor eco-responsible management of our finca, we have total traceability and control of the product with the support of the Federation of Cafeteros of Colombia and the accompaniment of qualitative programs such as RAICES and CAFE Practices.
Today Café Don Manuel markets coffee from the 5 hectares cultivated with coffee trees of 5 different varieties: Supremo, Castillo, Tabi, Colombia, Cénicafé. The hand-selected cherries follow the different stages of preparation with care in order to become a washed coffee, yellow or red honey or even a natural specialty coffee. Our coffees score between 84.25 and 87 according to the SCA scale for the 2023-24 harvest.
Our announced delivery times are linked to the shipment from Colombia of our recently harvested and roasted coffee; for coffees in stock these times will be 6 to 10 working days.
