100% Brazilian Arabica Designation of Origin: Cerrado Minerio Region: Cerrado, Minas Gerais Variety: Mundo Novo, Catuaí Altitude: 1050 M Cherry Treatment: Washed Specialty coffee: 82 Concerning coffee and the cooperative: Located in the state of Minas Gerais, in the west of Brazil, the Cerrado has obtained the Denomination of Origin (DO) “Cerrado Minerio” since 2013.   It is a guarantee of quality to authenticate, by an independent organization, a terroir specific to coffees.   This terroir is expressed by designated varieties, a delimited region as well as an altitude.   To obtain the denomination, the coffee must also be qualified as a specialty.  Our importer partner therefore has specifications from the producers who are themselves very rigorous to ensure consistently consistent quality!

 Best consumed in a percolator, grain machine, moka, or filter.   Le Meneur is a mild coffee with notes of praline!
