Perhaps you remember 1958 for the year in which the European Economic Community was founded, in which a New Zealand expedition reached the South Pole… or perhaps you do not remember it, because you had not even had your first coffee yet.
For us, 1958 is not just another date, it is the year of birth of José Luis, that guy who, when he was barely one meter tall, was already playing in his work overalls among bags of green coffee. Now we call him “the boss”.
His life has been a long-distance race, full of curves, straight lines, and the occasional slope... but his drum has always been full of coffee.
Now 1958 is our project:
An artisanal coffee roaster, in which, following its premise, we treat each origin with the care and respect it deserves.
Coffee has brought us here and coffee moves us, so if you don't find us working, you can find us walking on the beach, in the mountains, perhaps running... or on a bicycle. Cycling? Come visit us and you will know what we are talking about.
