..a fun drink, easy to make and accessible to everyone. We have a weakness for filter coffee and cherish the blend, thought out, researched and tested, which brings a new vision to the world of coffee and opens an infinite number of doors. Our coffee stash has become our cellar.
As a Roaster & Master Blender...
...we have a precise vision of the profile of our coffees. This is achieved through the selection of green coffees but also through our roasting profiles. We favor softness and body in the cup by developing coffees from exceptional producers or cooperatives to the nearest second and 0.1°C. Coffee enthusiasts who impress us more and more each season with the quality of the beans they produce. We are also committed to working long-term with our exporters, importers and producers. A reality that is illustrated year after year during our visits to Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Kenya, Rwanda… in order to taste the new harvests together.

For us, coffee is the ultimate pleasure drink. A parenthesis that we offer ourselves, to be enjoyed without rules or dogma. Whether shared or enjoyed alone, it’s a drink to be enjoyed your own way! So, if you want to drink your coffee with milk, sugar and facing the sea in slippers, do it!
