GUATEMALA Pure Arabica Ixil Triangle Cultivated between 700 and 1650 m in the Quiché department of Guatemala in a region known as the Ixil triangle, This Arabica coffee has a full body with a slight cocoa taste. 
Notes of prune and red fruits for a gentle acidity. 
He is roasted every week in the traditional way in our workshops.
