After years of travel and experience across Europe and Asia, we have developed a unique roasting style: precise, balanced and designed to reveal the quintessence of each terroir. Our coffees are lightly roasted but perfectly cooked, retaining maximum aroma and complexity, while being simple to prepare.
Whether you're a fan of chocolatey, fruity, or full-bodied notes, we have the perfect coffee for you. Each batch is roasted by hand on our Giesen W15 in Reims, with precise control to guarantee consistent quality and a faithful expression of the terroir.
Our commitment goes far beyond quality: we select coffees grown ethically, sustainably and traceably, paying our producers 80% to 300% above the market price. A strong commitment to respecting producers and our planet. 🌍
