Strength: 3.5 / 4 The Harrar region is located in the highlands of eastern Ethiopia. Its eastern part "East Harrar" is the true birthplace of the legendary Harrar café. The coffee cherries are dried directly on the coffee tree before harvesting to obtain the typical Mocha taste. The cherries are left on the trees until they turn black. This means they are ripe and dry.
