Bonobo Coffee - Congo

A complex coffee with a vegetal, caramel and lemony cup profile and fine acidity. This coffee is produced on the shores of Lake Kivu in the Virunga National Park. Grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, the cherries take time to grow in the shade of jungle trees. Thanks to the climatic conditions it enjoys, this coffee is considered a unique vintage.
