Exceptional very fruity coffee with a suave length in the mouth. The Galapagos Islands belong to the equator. The moderate tropical climate combined with the nutrient-rich volcanic soil provides excellent conditions for growing coffee produced without any pesticides or fertilizers prohibited by Galapagos law. Certified ORGANIC, it is produced on the two islands of Santa Cruz and San Cristobal surprisingly at 200-300 M altitude while everywhere else Arabicas grow above 600 M.
