A coffee to try at least once in your life. The Malabar Moussonne "process" gives character to this coffee with woody, spicy and iodized notes. To obtain this Monsooned quality, the coffee is stored in storage spaces open on the sides and exposed to the monsoon winds. The term Moussonné was invented after a transport accident. Cargoes of Indian coffee beans destined for Europe and passing through the Cape of Good Hope were exposed to the high humidity of the sea spray during the voyage, which gave them a particular quality sought after in Europe.
