100% Arabica coffee, grown and processed by Cooperativa Esquipulas R.L. Huehuetenango. The territory of Huehuetenango, located at the foot of the Cuchumatanes, has an altitude ranging from 850 to 3700 meters and offers an extraordinary variety of ecosystems. The provenance, combined with the roasting, gives the cup an excellent balance between aromas and scents, with citrus, floral and chocolate notes. The Slow Food Presidium involves over 200 small producers who grow and process coffee according to a production specification that guarantees the quality (organoleptic, environmental and social) of the final product.
