The medium roast gives the cup of coffee a strong and aromatic character. Single origin carefully selected and artfully roasted to offer the best quality. In Kenya, on the suggestive plateaus at an altitude of 2,000 m, this particular quality of Arabica grows which, after harvesting, is subjected to a special wet processing. The green beans are subjected to this special wet process. Thanks to this processing method, the coffee acquires a pleasant citric acidity. Intense, strong and aromatic, its decisive taste pleasantly accompanies the end of the meal. Due to its medium-fine grind, this coffee blend is ideal for moka pots. It can also be used for espresso making sure to press the coffee more tightly into the filter holder or by adding a greater quantity of powder.
