The single-origin Kalledevarapura Estate pulped sun-dried Indian is a specialty coffee of Arabica quality, grown between 1000 and 1450 m asl, in a temperature range between 12 and 32 ° C, brings sweet and fresh aromas to the cup, which make it an elegant and balanced coffee. The expert growers of the fifth generation now carefully take care of the plant in every phase and manually collect the drupes, containing the grains, with the picking method, and then double-check and select again all the cherries collected. After which they are processed with the semi-washed method, which gives a pleasant and fresh acidity in the cup. Mostly oak, jackfruit and fig trees grow all around the plantation. It is thanks to these that the raw beans develop an aromatic range, which ranges from ever-changing, new and intense aromas. A great aromatic intensity is perceived on the nose. During the tasting you will immediately notice sweet notes of almonds, tea leaves and red fruits, which also bring a soft and pleasant malic acidity, which however is immediately lost in favor of notes of milk chocolate and tobacco, and then conclude again with the delicate taste of vanilla.
