Established in 1950, Caffè Haiti Roma is a historic Roman roasting company that produces high quality espresso coffee blends in beans, ground and in compostable pods, following the artisanal method worth of the best master roasters. Starting from the concept of a perfect espresso, we have developed, implemented and improved a production process over many years of experience and passionate research. In this unique system, it is only through the careful direction of each processing step that our high quality standards can be achieved. The result is that “delight in a cup” appreciated both in Italy and abroad, an espresso that makes sipping coffee a unique experience: this has been the mission of our roasting company from the very beginning.
Building on its long tradition and mastery in the production of traditional blends, in the early 2000s the company was among the first ones in Italy to create a line of certified 100% Organic and 100% Fairtrade espresso coffees, respecting our focus for sustainable production. Among Italy's first Organic and Fairtrade offerings, BioCaffè Gran Miscela was an immediate success: it was certified by the International Espresso Institute as Italian Espresso Certified blen, and was awarded the Gold Medal at the International Coffee Tasting Asia 2015 and Milan 2020.
Caffè Haiti Roma is also ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certified.
