Torrefazione Monforte Srl was founded in 1999 with the aim of creating coffee blends with an unmistakable taste and aroma. For this purpose, our Master Roaster, botanist by training, personally visits the coffee plantations to taste and select the best raw materials to use.
The prestigious Caffe Monforte blends are created in an ISO 9001: 2015 certified roasting plant, in the heart of Italy, in Molise, a region free of atmospheric pollution and dry climate, highly significant factors in the green coffee roasting process.
Our raw materials warehouse is stocked with over 18 different origins of Arabica and Robusta green coffee, coming from rigorously selected plantations in Central America, Africa and Asia.
Our product offering includes a wide selection of roasted coffee blends, available in beans, grounds, pods and capsules. It is complemented by cocoa powder for hot chocolate, Private Label solutions and franchising projects for coffee shops.
To ensure high quality standards, our production process includes three selection stages to remove foreign bodies.
Our products are BRC Food Safety certified, two of our coffee blends are Italian Espresso Quality certified and, finally, in 2014, we launched the Caffe Monforte Bio line. In addition, we are SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) associates.
Finally, the Caffe Monforte brand is officially registered in all EU countries, the United States, Mexico, Switzerland, Russia, Iran and Japan.
