The prevalence of Brazilian Arabica grown at high altitudes and robust from India gives this blend malty profiles, of dried fruit and spices, and with a little marked acidity. The toasting technique used is that of split-roast, i.e. a part of the dough is slowly toasted for a long time and another part is toasted lighter.
