Arabica Brazil 100% 1kg Grain

This 100% Arabica coffee bean comes from rigorous sourcing in the Cerrado and Santos regions of Brazil, high altitude areas renowned for the quality of their coffees. Grown at an altitude of around 1,000 metres, on mineral-rich soils bathed in a temperate tropical climate, this large Arabica develops a complex and elegant aromatic palette. It is a coffee with a refined profile, all finesse, appreciated for its aromatic purity, its low caffeine content and its great digestibility, which reveals a fruity attack, notes of dark chocolate, a slight lemony acidity, and a refined floral finish. Slowly roasted in our workshops using traditional techniques to preserve the richness of the aromas and the balance of the sensory profile.
