This specialty coffee bean comes from a variety of canephora grown in southern India, on certified organic plantations. Harvested at maturity on medium-altitude soils, it embodies an eco-responsible approach, respectful of ecosystems, soils and farming communities. This coffee develops a sustained intensity while retaining a great aromatic richness, dominated by notes of raw cocoa, complemented by woody nuances and a balanced roundness. It combines power and finesse, while being part of a sustainable quality approach. Slowly roasted in our workshops with artisanal know-how, this coffee reveals its full potential thanks to a monk's robe cooking process, precise and respectful of the grain.
