This whole bean coffee is a house blend, composed mainly of Brazilian Arabica, renowned for its natural sweetness and roundness, combined with a touch of mild Robusta from Southeast Asia, selected for its low bitterness. Designed to offer a light, silky and comforting coffee, Dolce reveals a smooth attack, notes of toasted cereals, roasted hazelnut, and a slightly sweet finish, evoking blond caramel. Slowly roasted in our workshops with artisanal know-how, this coffee is characterized by its roundness in the mouth and its very low intensity. It is suitable for regular consumption, at any time of the day.
