This whole bean coffee is a powerful blend, designed for lovers of full-bodied, expressive and intense coffees, in the purest tradition of Italian espressos. Composed mainly of a Vietnamese Robusta from the Dak Lak plateau, combined with a touch of Latin American Arabica, the Forte develops a dense, persistent cup with aromas of raw cocoa, spices and smoked wood. Its cream is generous, its length in the mouth remarkable, and its frank attack will seduce those who like coffees with a strong character. Slowly roasted in our workshops with artisanal know-how, this coffee asserts its personality in a monk's robe roast, faithful to the spirit of Mediterranean espressos.
