This jam is traditionally prepared with 62g fruit per 100g jam. The secret of this tasty jam is: little added sugar and the selection of the fruit that predominates. We use the Rubus Thornfree, a juicy blackberry with an intense taste. Artisanal Belgian product. Purpose: Family jar or hotel buffet.
