Tea & Tonic

The design created by the talented Emily Mariotti (Art.Mrtt) perfectly illustrates this tea designed around lemon. Its fruity and delicately tangy notes will give you tone and vivacity throughout the day. Particularly appreciated by the Japanese, for its refreshing fragrance and its vegetal notes, Sencha draws its particularity from its method of roasting. Following steaming, the leaves are rolled into very fine needles giving it its distinctive appearance. Iced: pour 4 teaspoons into 1 L of water at room temperature and let steep for at least 20 minutes. Filter before serving with or without ice as desired. Little tip: add mint leaves for more freshness and a hint of sugar for those with a sweet tooth! Hot: For a cup, pour the equivalent of a teaspoon into a filter, leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes in water at 80°C
