The dry Malvasia, of the traditional wines, has its origins in Ancient Greece and the Island of Crete and has obtained D.O.C. certification. GRAPES – Malvasia is made from 100% Malvasia Aomatica di Candia white berried grapes. VINIFICATION – Malvasia, from the soft pressing of the grapes, is fermented naturally in an autoclave at low temperatures and in a controlled environment. DESCRIPTION – Malvasia with a bright straw yellow color and an intense and fruity aroma. Dry but round, soft, fresh taste. Excellent in combination with aperitifs, cured meats, appetizers and delicate first courses.
