ZAHTAR BULK mix for all dishes (500g bag)

Blend from Lebanon composed of Lebanese thyme with a slightly lemony taste, sesame, and sumac (a small, slightly tangy and salty berry with a tomato taste).  It is used in particular in salads, on grilled meats or fish, in stews...  In Lebanon, it is mixed with olive oil in a bowl, making a delicious little sauce to accompany grilled meats or simply as an aperitif by dipping a piece of bread. Composition: Thyme, Sumac, Sesame, Citric Acid, Salt.
