Capitaine Nat' is a brand created in the early 1990s, based in the south of France and not in Brittany! Specializing in preserved wild fish made with FR-BIO-10 certified organic ingredients and a whole Natural range, sardines, anchovies, mackerel, tuna, salmon. NO ILLEGAL FISHING All our fisheries are FRIEND OF THE SEA certified. They are traced using Capture certificates. Captain Nat', it's a different cooking method, it's steam cooking, more digestible + light + healthy. Steam cooking keeps all the flavors, the fish are less fatty and therefore more digestible than with the so-called "old-fashioned" method which consists of frying them in an oil bath.
Capitaine Nat offers original recipes based on seafood. The recipes are varied, they can be enjoyed on all occasions, for an aperitif, a picnic or a more elaborate meal.
