Obrador Los Caracoles was born as an idea and a reality in 2018 when its founder, Enrique Raduán Corcho decided to start this business with great enthusiasm and optimism. After years of experience in the commercial and hospitality sector and with the invaluable help of their partner Carlos in this adventure, they began the construction of the workshop, done inch by inch with great dedication, for the elaboration and commercialization of a traditional, homemade recipe. and family of snails in sauce with chorizo, ham and a touch of spice.

We wanted to get people to our recipe, which had been in our family for years with Extremaduran and Mediterranean roots, and accustomed to always handling the best ingredients, we traveled a large part of the Spanish geography looking for the best raw materials and the best technology, giving rise to a bite that does not leave indifferent whoever tries it.
