Dark chocolate bar - Tonka Pecan

TONKA PECAN combines the smoothness and sweetness of pecans and cashews with the power of cocoa beans, all delicately enhanced by tonka beans. For added indulgence, the bar is sprinkled with roasted pecans with a hint of Guérande salt. We mainly use whole sugars with a low glycemic index. For this recipe, we used whole Java coconut blossom sugar.
