Casa Fioresi was born from the passion of Everton Fioresi, a Brazilian entrepreneur living in France, determined to introduce true artisanal Cachaça to a country that only knew its industrial version. After searching in vain for a 100% artisanal Cachaça to give to a French friend, Everton decided to create Casa Fioresi and partnered with the Weber Haus distillery, an award-winning reference in Brazil. Having become the exclusive importer in France, he now shares this tradition through bars, wine shops, restaurants and his famous Masterclasses. Nicknamed "Mr. Cachaça", Everton transmits authentic know-how and a culture that he proudly carries, alongside his wife Flávia. Casa Fioresi: the embassy of artisanal Cachaça in the heart of France.
