Scapece courgettes – Chef's selection

Chef selection for catering. Scapece courgettes, sun-dried, fried, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, mint and vinegar – 580 ml. The courgettes are dried for a few hours in the open air of Palomonte, so as to eliminate excess liquids and not absorb too much oil during frying, as required by the traditional scapece recipe. The preparation is artisanal and takes place on our farm. Ingredients: zuchinis; sunflower oil; White wine vinegar; whole sea salt; extra virgin olive oil; garlic; mint; Origan. Without preservatives, colorants and citric acid.
