We have selected pineapples of the Smooth Cayenne variety. Their flavor is intense and offers a perfect balance between sugar and acidity. Their low fibrous and juicy flesh is ideal for obtaining high quality dried fruits. They are grown, cut and dehydrated naturally in West Africa, within our partner cooperatives.
