Virgin Mary - Protection - 20 cm

The Klein blue Virgin symbolizes purity, protection, transcendence and connection with the divine. However, Klein blue has a particular effect: due to its intensity, it gives the sensation of absorbing the viewer, of immersing him in the colour itself. This could take the representation of the Virgin to a more abstract or conceptual level, where the emphasis is on the emotional experience, rather than on figurative details.  Virgin of resin hand painted in our workshop in Spain.
