100% Iberian acorn-fed tenderloin. 300-350g Made with the prey, for many the most juicy and valued piece of the Iberian quartering. At Cerdoh we select and cure to obtain this precious delicacy, only the best 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs, those that come from the best specimens. After a careful marinating process and slow curing, we obtain a juicy tenderloin, very veined and with a very intense color.
