Kind of Beer Blonde Ale General description "Beer from Ribera del Duero made with local natural products (fresh barley). " A Premium Pale Ale beer very light and refreshing with a Mediterranean identity. Colour: Bright golden yellow. Aroma: Fresh aromas of barley seeds and wet soil from our land, floral overtones, wild honey, citrus and apple. Particularly striking is the lack of alcohol smell. Flavor: The first impression in the mouth confirms the odours, fresh barley and that of wet land, and quickly appearing overtones of apple and citrus, leaving a sweet sensation on the throat followed by a bitterness reminiscent of wood on the tongue. Pairing: Ideal for an aperitif and during the meal. The citrus and bitter contrast makes a good pairing with pâtés, cheeses, fish and meat. Ingredients: Water, barley malt, barley, hops and yeast.
