ECOL'AUX MOUSSES is a craft brewery born in 2017 in Compiègne with a dual concept: the creation of a range of organic tasting beers and brewing discovery workshops.
Since its opening, curious people of all kinds have passed through its doors to discover quality beers brewed in an eco-responsible way or to try their hand at being a brewer for a half-day of fun activities.
Both the courses and the production are designed to have the least impact on the environment: production waste is recycled, water is recycled as much as possible, energy is preserved, ingredients and other supplies are selected for the proximity of their place of production, etc.
The CERVUS range consists of 6 organic labeled beers:
-A blond American Pale Ale type;
-A roasted Belgian amber;
- A lift as thirst-quenching as it is powerful;
- An India Pale Ale with floral notes;
-A white weizen with ginger and coriander seeds;
-A three grains (barley/wheat/rye) of Belgian inspiration.
To this regular range is added each year ephemeral products: seasonal beers, Christmas beer, rooibos beer, fruit beers, etc...
More than 12 other recipes have been created since the creation of the brand and more than 2,000 amateurs have been welcomed as part of the brewing events.
Building on this success, the brewery left its original premises in early 2023 to move into new, optimized premises in Arsy (60190) on the edge of Compiègne.
