2022 Vinification in oak barrels on lees from the harvest to bottling. Minimum 14 months. Native yeasts for FA, native bacteria for MLF. The lees provide aromas and depth. The wines have time to enrich, rest and clear up naturally. Aging in bottles: minimum 6 months.
