Esprit Nature Chardonnay - 75cl bottle - 2013 harvest

This Blanc de Blancs 100% Chardonnay from the localities of Allemant "Les Granges" and "Beauregard" is the result of sustainable viticulture, the vines are grassed and the soil worked under the row. It is a natural Champagne in its total expression, raised with its native yeasts, and strong of a natural and total malolactic fermentation. This champagne has not undergone filtration.
