Owners and founders of Champagne Bonvalet, Guillaume and Pauline have been producing and distributing 100% HVE high-end champagnes in France and abroad for several years.
The first bottles left the cellar in 2014 after two years of aging. Eight years later, Champagne Bonvalet obtained the title of House of Champagne. One of the last ones in place.
Innovative and concerned about their environmental impact, beyond their champagne wines, they recently created the Distillerie Bonvalet. This unique association creates a new dynamic in the Champagne region.
The Bonvalet Distillery puts the raw material at the center of its production. It creates value by transforming agricultural waste from grapes and grains into exceptional organic spirits “Made in Champagne”.
